PRIOR TO TOURNAMENT

All packages sent will be received by Sherwood Shipping & Receiving or if it’s a large shipment, it will be received by Joe Reda or Jack Basalone at the Operations trailer
Once packages are received, they will be logged into the Shipping and Receiving Notebook. Location of items will be noted.

TOURNAMENT WEEK

Shipping and Receiving committee will receive and distribute packages on course.
Shipping and Receiving committee will be responsible for updating and acquiring signatures for the S & R Notebook
S & R will take care of all corporate hospitality expo items that need to be delivered to hospitality areas/tents

FEDEX - Sam

FedEx comes to Sherwood between 9:30 am and 10:30 am each day. There is not an exact time.
Primary drop off location will be at the loading dock storage container. Either S & R committee will be there or staff will see trucks and contact S&R committee by radio
Secondary drop off location, if FedEx is not met at loading dock, will be to go to Tournament HQ

SHIPPING PACKAGES.

FedEx will need to be called each day when there is a pick up. We are not here long enough to establish a daily routine. Must call earlier than 4:00p.m.
Last Drop off at 6:15pm at 2801 Townsgate Rd. Westlake Village, CA
Shipping of all packages will be from the Tournament trailer or the Finance trailer.
FedEx pick up number is 1-800-463-3339. Account Number: 737620085. Give them the following address:

There is a FedEx shipping location at 111 S Westlake Blvd 108, Westlake Village, CA 91362 – Open M-F 7:30a.m. – 9:00p.m. ; Sat/Sun 8:00-6:00 ; last time to ship packages: 4:00p.m.
UPS will need to be called before noon. We can call Chris’s cell (above) first and if we do not get him, we need to call the UPS at 1-800-742-5877
